building the voice agentic layer for lawyer phone workflows. developed a custom context service that connects phone-based voice agents to email, attachment, and document context in real time, with Microsoft Graph ingestion, parent-child chunking for RAG, Qdrant indexing, DOCX parsing, and AWS production integration.

built and shipped end-to-end features for a B2B SaaS platform focused on outbound AI calling and lead qualification. worked across voice-agent integrations, role-based access, webhook pipelines, CRM sync, and post-call email workflows.

worked on Bifrost, an open-source LLM gateway, fixing provider-specific production issues and improving gateway capabilities. shipped reranking, model metadata, and semantic caching improvements across Redis and Valkey.
